1312. William JOHNSTON Sr. died in 1719 in Isle of Wight Co., VA. 1719 will in Isle of Wight Co., VA. in 1660 he paid taxes on 890 acres in Isle of Wight Co. See "Long Lost Cousins" by Elmo Johnson, McClung Collection, Knoxville, TN. Copies of this book was sent to me by Walter L. Johnson, 7333 Deadfall Road, Arlington, TN. 38002 in August of 1993. William Johnson, in his will of 1719, left land to his land to his son's;
John, Thomas, and William, with his blacksmith equipment going to Benjamin. His son John was the executor.
